Do you find yourself overwhelmed with the repetitive, everyday tasks before you? The dishes, laundry, toy pick up, vacuuming, mopping, meal planning, grocery trips, diaper changes… the list goes on and on!

Friends, it’s time to take a step back and breath! Go do something for yourself. You don’t even have to plan it, just go spontaneously and get an ice cream cone all by your very own self.

As I’ve mentioned before, I like to take on many new tasks and assignments and it gets incredibly overwhelming! However, one of my recent endeavors is becoming a consultant for Rodan + Fields: an incredible skincare company. Yes, it’s a business, and I need to work at it, but it’s fun! I get to meet new friends, have girl time, and treat myself to a night out. I feel like I deserve those times of fun. And guess what, so do you!

Listen to your body. To the aches and pains. To the random craving to run, or drink a gallon of water. Not only do you need the emotional wellness, but your physical wellness needs attention and much care.
